How to create/ Build Customer Own Sandwich - customer can choose cheese, bacon...

Create all the sandwich options (bacon, cheese) as their own product.
Create the base sandwich product and use the Add-on function to select each option.

Now when the cashier sells the sandwich it will show all the Add-ons to pick from.
