Title: Advanced Payment Window

There have been a number of times when we need to look up a customer's purchase history.  It seems that the best way to do this (for any further back than a month or so) is to go into the Customer Edit window, then the Advanced Payment window.  We usually have to click "show all invoices", then see a nice list of past transactions.

My question regards the choices there - you seem to have to PRINT it out somewhere - no option to SAVE it, no option to just VIEW it.  I'm usually checking to see if it's the transaction I'm looking for, so it's kind of a hassle to keep printing them out until I find the right one.  Also, as with the reports, I'm usually at some other terminal and have no good choice other than to print it to pdf, at which time EZP seems to usually shuts down.

Is it possible to just have a window pop up with the information?

Try the report Customer / Balance.

Thanks, Ronald - you got me on the right track.  The "Customer/Balance" report was just numbers, but the "Customer/Product Detail" report was just what I was looking for!
