Title: Remove & Account for Expired Stock

How do i remove expired stock from the system to show cost of stock in my daily reports for accounts

Use the Discontinued option so these items will not show up in the sales screen.  You can do a group of items at once using the Change menu in the Product Control window.
Or, you can also do a "Send to Shortage" in the Products / Adjust Stock menu in the Sales screen.  This will remove them from inventory and account for them as lost in the Shortage report.
