Ron,
when we Z out our registers in the evening, it will tell us when the last z out was done, which is always the previous day. Sometimes though, the z out report will say the last z out was 2 days ago, which in fact it is wrong. The daily z outs are showing up on the server computer that we do every day, but why do the registers sometimes miss a day? We have tried everything. We leave the computers on for 10 minutes after each z out just in case it needed to transmit to the server, but even doing that, the register computers still intermittently keep missing a day with no rhyme or reason. Any ideas?

I am on version 13 and I am having the same issue. The z-out on one of the registers is showing that it has not had a z-out for several days but when I run the report, it says that the last z-out was the previous day. This is causing an issue with the z-out for the current day b/c the numbers are not correct. Is there a patch or a way to fix this on one register?

Hello Ron,
I just purchased the software a few days ago and was wondering if my current version (13.712) will have this issue already fixed. We Z-Out every night and the employees take getting the drawer balanced very seriously. I just want to make sure they wont have any issues with days being off. Do I need a fix/patch as well for my version? Thanks

Hey, I have that same issue! Only once in a while, and only on our network register (reg. #2).
I have version 13.511, the network version.
