The "Help" document states that if multiple products use the same upc, then the cashier will be asked to choose which product. This is not happening. I have two products with the same upc, but when I scan or search for the upc code, the POS just puts in the first product created and does not ask for a choice.

A slight change was made. It's optional now. Open the Settings / General. Check the box "Show Duplicate UPC Matches".
