ok sorry for the marks but still I'm having the same problem that I don't have with version 11.
Yes on the server I can see all sales from the registers but when I do the zout on those registers, the payment detail title shows but not the actual receipt number and amount.

and yes the daily reconciliation is setting to zero every time I do a z out and when I select a past date it shows cero too. So obviously is something wrong. For the record I have version 14.035

Thank you for your fast response.

Hello Mr Ronald.
I'm encountered another problem sorry for the inconvenience.

On version 14 when I do a z-out ON THE SERVER!! I got the "payment details" with no problem "of course I know I have to select the check mark" BUT for some reason the other registers on the network (2,3,4... and so on) the payments details does not shown nothing, just the title "payment detail" title but not the actual receipt number and amount.  I tried to follow step by step the network installation and the sharing but still I cannot make it work.

Second: on version 11 when we have a problem with a z-out, (like printer problems) and we want to get another copy of the zout, there is a nice option called "daily reconciliation" we use it as a backup of the original zout)  On version 14 the option is there but once we print the regular zout the daily reconciliation is set to cero too. I'm I doing something wrong.  Please advise.
Thanks a lot!!

ezPower / NETWORK SERVER TURNING OFF BY ITSELF!!
« on: January 16, 2013, 08:09:38 AM »
Hi Mr. Ronald.
For some reason I don't know the network function is turning off by itself, I keep asking the employees if someone is messing around with this function when they are not supposed to go in there but they say no.
Now I found when I go to the security and change the setting "network function" to "admin", still the program is not asking for password allowing this way to any person to go there an turn it off manually.

I'm I doing something wrong? is time for me to upgrade to version 13? I currently using version 11.510

ezPower / Payments Method don't show on receive payment screen!
« on: January 13, 2012, 09:03:02 AM »
Hi. Mr Ronald, I have checked the "undef 17" payment method in order to classify my payments as another way from cash, credit cards, checks etc.

The problem is when I click the "make payment" from the sales screen in order to go to the "advance payment window" and then click the "new payment" the new "undef 17" or undef 18" new payments method, do not show on this screen, just cash, checks, and credit cards are there, even though I changed the name from "undef 17" to "abc payment" , still does noth show on this screen, can you fix this please?

Thanks

Hi. Mr Ronald.

Is there anyway to sell a single item for $2.00 but if the customer gets, in the same transaction, more of the item but for $1.00.

example:

Regular Process                                              The way I want it

1 item =$2.00                                                 1 item =$2.00
1 item =$2.00                                                 1 item =$1.00
1 item =$2.00                                                 1 item =$1.00
1 item =$2.00                                                 1 item =$1.00
1 item =$2.00                                                 1 item =$1.00
________________                                         _____________________
Total:  =$10.00                                             Total:    $6.00

I already tried the buy 2 and get 50% discount, but the outcome is $5.00 and not $6.00 like the way I want .

Is there a newer version available? I'm using ver 11.510
Thanks a lot
