V13 - POS 2 and POS 3 are both successfully connecting to the server - you are able to see them logging in on POS 1 via the monitoring tool - BUT - When adding/modifying products they are not showing on POS 3 including the buttons but are showing correctly on POS 2 - Sales made on both POS 2 and 3 are showing in POS 1

Please advise on whaty I can do to correct this issue - Thank you

If you quit ezPower and restart it on POS 3 do you see all the updated products?

Quitting and going back in does not show all the updated products at all

The problem is I can't tell from this information where the problem is.  Your report that "POS 3 is successfully connected to the server but it's product updates are not showing" is contradictory.  All the data files are stored on the server and the all the computers should be accessing the same files.  If the product file is updated then every computer connected to that file should show the same thing.  That would indicate that POS 3 is not connected to the server.  On POS 2 & 3 open the Help window and look at the Database path at the bottom.  They should be pointing to the same location on the server.

BTW - if you are in a hurry, email support for faster response than the forum.

For the benefit of other users if you ever encounter this issue.

Windows 7 has a feature called Sync Centre - make sure this is turned off or it will create offline copies of the ezp files and POS will continue to work but not update the server!!  :o
